Building permit assistance is available exclusively to clients with an active Nillasca Construction project engagement. We do not offer this as a standalone permit-processing service.

Assistance within your active project

The agreed engagement determines what the team coordinates and what the owner must supply. We can help eligible clients identify local requirements, organize coordinated plans and supporting documents, arrange the appropriate licensed signatures and seals, and assist with submissions or follow-ups where included.

When an authority raises document comments or deficiencies, the relevant project professionals coordinate a response. Building, related clearance and later occupancy requirements are separate checkpoints; assistance does not guarantee approval or a release date.

What to confirm with the local building office

Ask for the checklist for your actual project type and location, the applicable licensed documents, related clearances, government fee assessment and inspection process. Requirements, fees and processing times vary by LGU and project. Incomplete documents or changes to the plans can require additional review.

As a local example, the San Pedro, Laguna building-office citizen charter distinguishes project documents and professional signatories. Its checklist is not automatically the checklist for Santa Cruz, Calamba or any other municipality.

Under the National Building Code, PD 1096, the Building Official administers building permits and certificates of occupancy. Confirm applicable permits before starting work and the relevant occupancy authorization before use. Current forms and project-specific requirements should be confirmed directly with the responsible office.

Permit assistance questions

Can I hire Nillasca just to process a permit?

Building permit assistance is available exclusively to clients with an active Nillasca Construction project engagement. We do not offer this as a standalone permit-processing service.

What must the owner provide?

The owner supplies authentic property and ownership information, required authorizations and owner signatures. The project team can help organize the checklist; it cannot substitute for missing or incorrect owner documents.

Who signs and seals the plans?

The appropriate licensed professionals responsible for each applicable discipline prepare or coordinate their documents and signatures within the agreed scope. A concept gallery drawing is not a signed-and-sealed permit document.

Are government fees included in the quotation?

Confirm the written proposal. Government fees, professional services, surveys and other assessments are separate items unless expressly included. Keep the official assessment and receipts.

Does a submitted application mean construction is approved?

No. Submission starts the authority review. Confirm the issued approvals and any conditions before commencing the relevant works.

When will the permit be released?

We cannot guarantee a release date. Document completeness, applicable clearances, authority review, deficiencies and project changes affect progress.

Is occupancy assistance automatic?

Confirm the engagement. Occupancy preparation can involve applicable completion documents, as-built information, inspections and clearances. It is not completed simply because the physical building is finished.
