Verified website references checked on 8 October 2026: Construction Cost Calculator lists Standard ₱30,000, Semi-Elegant ₱36,500 and Elegant ₱52,500 per sqm. Types of House Finishes lists starting guides of ₱30,000, ₱38,000 and ₱50,000 respectively. The displayed bands show the span of these published references. They are not guaranteed lower and upper final costs.
Standard has one verified starting rate; no upper limit has been invented. These home-construction references are not applied automatically to apartments, renovation, commercial, resort or mixed-use projects.
Construction scope and exclusions
The benchmark concerns a new residential house and a finish direction. It does not establish a package of quantities, brands or inclusions. The formal proposal must itemize structural works, walls, roof, finishes, electrical and plumbing scope, labor and other agreed work.
No allowance is added here for land, design and professional fees, government fees, taxes, unusual foundations, demolition, site development, utility connections, appliances, loose furniture, pools, fences, landscaping or solar installations. Confirm which costs are included, excluded or separately quoted in the written proposal.
Sloping or difficult-access sites, soil conditions, drainage, coastal exposure, large openings, structural requirements and current material selections require assessment. CALABARZON coverage depends on the exact site, scope and schedule.
