Our Design Fee – Our design fee package is customized based on the complexity and size of each project. Since every project is unique, our fees can vary depending on several factors. To give you a clearer idea of what to expect, we’ve outlined our typical rates for budget planning purposes:

Keep in mind, if you decide to move forward with us for the construction phase, the cost of the Engineering Design Plans will be deducted from your construction contract as a customers discount.
